Terms and Conditions

1. Services Offered

  

1.1 Description of Services

We offer a range of cleaning services tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. Our services include, but are not limited to:


  • Residential Cleaning
  • Regular cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
  • Deep cleaning
  • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • Post-construction cleaning
  • Commercial Cleaning
  • Office cleaning
  • Retail space cleaning
  • Salon and Suite cleaning
  • Private Health Practice cleaning
  • Gym Cleaning
  • Event cleanup

 

1.2 Additional Services

The following services are available upon request and may incur additional charges:

  • Window cleaning (interior)
  • Oven and refrigerator cleaning
  • Washing dishes


2. Pricing and Payment Terms

2.1 Pricing

Our pricing structure is based on the type of service and the size of the area to be cleaned. We offer both hourly rates and flat rates, depending on the service requested.

  • Hourly Rate: $50 an hour per cleaner (minimum of 3 hours).
  • Flat Rate: Quoted based on the specific job requirements.

 

2.2 Pricing Basis

  • Our pricing is based on the type of service requested, the size of the property, and its condition at the time of cleaning.
  • Initial prices provided are estimates and are subject to change based on the actual condition of the property and any additional requirements identified at the time of service.

2.3 Price Adjustments

  • Any changes to the property’s condition, including unforeseen issues or additional cleaning requirements, may result in a revision of the estimated price.
  • Clients will be notified of any adjustments to the price before the service begins.

2.4 Final Pricing

  • The final price will be confirmed at the time of service and may differ from the initial estimate due to changes in property condition or additional cleaning needs.

2.5 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Zell
  • Cash

2.6 Payment Schedule

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • For recurring services, payment is due at the end of each service visit or monthly, as agreed.

2.7 Late Payments

  • Payments not received within 3 days of the due date will incur a late fee of $50 per week.
  • Services may be suspended until outstanding payments are made.

2.8 Deposits

  • A deposit of 20% is required for first-time clients or large projects. 


3. Scheduling and Cancellations

3.1 Scheduling Services

  • Clients can schedule services by contacting us via phone, email, or our online booking system.
  • We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all bookings.

3.2 Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of $50.

3.3 Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of $50.

4. Client Obligations

4.1 Preparation for Service

  • Clients must ensure that the property is accessible and free of excessive clutter.
  • Access to water and electricity must be provided.
  •  The property should be free of hazardous waste and conditions that may impede the cleaning process. 
  •  If the property is not adequately prepared, including the presence of hazardous waste or significant clutter, we reserve the right to reschedule the clean and charge a fee of $50.

4.2 Pets and Safety

  • Pets should be secured in a safe area away from the cleaning process.
  • Any hazardous conditions should be communicated prior to service.

5. Access to Premises

5.1 Gaining Access

  • Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
  •  We will wait up to 15 minutes to gain access to the premises. Any additional waiting time beyond 15 minutes will incur a re-entry fee of $50. 

5.2 Security Systems

  • Clients should provide necessary information for disabling and enabling any security systems.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

 6.1 Quality Assurance

  • We strive to provide the highest quality of service. If we miss any items on the agreed-upon cleaning list, we will return and re-clean the missed areas at no additional charge, provided we are notified within 24 hours of the service. 

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Bonded and Insured

  • Our company is bonded and insured to protect against any accidental damage or loss.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions that prevent effective cleaning.
  • Clients are responsible for securing valuables.

8. Use of Natural Products

8.1 Product Information

  • We use natural cleaning products to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Clients may request specific products or provide their own, subject to approval.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

9.1 Client Information

  • We handle all client information with strict confidentiality.
  • Information is used solely for the purpose of providing our services.

10. Estimates and Condition Changes of Location

 10.1 Online Booking and Estimates

  • Prices provided for services booked online or without an initial walkthrough are estimates and subject to change based on the actual condition of the property at the time of service.
  • We reserve the right to adjust the final price if the property condition is significantly different from what was described or anticipated.
  • Clients will be informed of any price adjustments before the service begins.

10.2 Walkthrough and Condition Changes

  • If the condition of the house changes significantly between the time of the walkthrough and the actual service date, the quoted amount is subject to change based on the new conditions.
  • Clients will be informed of any price adjustments before the service begins.
