To ensure efficient and safe cleaning, we kindly request the following from our clients:

  1. Organize and Clear Floors: Please organize and remove items from the floor to allow us to clean efficiently and thoroughly, ensuring no areas are skipped.
  2. Separate Pets: To maintain cleanliness and prevent the need for re-cleaning, we kindly ask that pets be kept in a separate room while we clean.
  3. Limited Occupancy: For safety and optimal cleaning results, we prefer it if no one is home during the cleaning session. However, if you work from home, we understand. In such cases, we kindly ask that you stay in one room until we finish cleaning the rest, minimizing the risk of slips on wet floors and the need for re-cleaning.
  4.  For effective cleaning and easy access to the sink, we kindly ask that there are no dishes in the sink. This ensures our team can use the sink for water and carry out efficient cleaning. Please note that we do not wash dishes as part of our service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 
  5. AC/Heat Availability: Please inform us if there is no AC or heat in the property. In the event of a power outage, we may be able to accommodate your cleaning needs for an additional charge.

By adhering to these simple guidelines, we can ensure efficient and safe cleaning, delivering the best possible results for you. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.


To accommodate unexpected events and potential traffic, we provide a two-hour arrival window within the time slot you have chosen. This allows us to be adequately prepared and deliver our cleaning service efficiently. If you have a specific time requirement, please inform us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Your flexibility and understanding are greatly appreciated as we strive to provide you with the best possible service. 


For safety reasons, there are certain limitations to the services we provide. We are unable to clean areas that require climbing ladders, handle waste removal, address black mold, perform deep stain removal, clean up blood or feces, handle pest removal, or lift heavy items. These tasks often require specialized expertise or pose potential health and safety risks. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the well-being of our team and clients. 


Currently, our cleaning services do not include organizing. We kindly request that you take the necessary steps to organize your important items and papers, as well as tidy up the space before our arrival. By doing so, you enable our cleaning team to work more efficiently and effectively, focusing on the cleaning tasks at hand. Thank you for understanding and for helping us provide the best possible cleaning service for you. 


 We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done before 48 hours of your original booking.


If you cancel/reschedule within 48 hours of your booking, there is a $50 fee.



Nope! We highly recommend scheduling the cleaning session when no one is home, as it allows us to maintain maximum efficiency. However, we understand that some clients may prefer to be present during the cleaning process for personal comfort or other reasons. If you choose to stay home, we kindly request that you remain in a different room while our team performs the cleaning tasks. This ensures a smooth workflow and allows our cleaners to work without interruptions. Your cooperation in creating a conducive environment for efficient cleaning is greatly appreciated.    


The duration of the cleaning process can vary based on the extent of cleaning required. 


Here are estimates for different types of cleaning:

  1. Standard Cleaning: Our team of two professional cleaners can efficiently complete a standard cleaning within 1-2 hours. This service typically includes essential tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface wiping.
  2. Deep Cleaning: For a comprehensive deep clean, it can take up to 2-5 hours, depending on the size of your home.


We value and appreciate your furry friends! To ensure that we can clean your home effectively and efficiently, we kindly request that you secure your pets in a separate area while we work. However, if you have a pet that is accustomed to being independent and doesn't interfere with the cleaning process, there's no need to put them away.
